Throughout her career, she has been a distinguished professional, showcasing exceptional skills in her field. She has played a crucial role in the success of these companies, making significant contributions to their growth and development. Her expertise and leadership have been key in overcoming industry challenges and fostering innovation. With a proven track record of excellence, Mrs. Kodikara remains a highly respected figure in the business sector.

Mr. Muditha Jaywardane
Director

Mr. Muditha Jayawardane, Director, brings over 30 years of expertise in sales, marketing, administration, and board-level leadership. He holds the National Certificate of General Management (NCGM), a Diploma in Entrepreneur Business Management (DEBM) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, and is part-qualified in the Higher National Diploma in Commerce (HNDC). Throughout his career, Mr. Jayawardane has showcased exceptional leadership and strategic vision, making significant contributions to the organizations he has served. His extensive experience and deep industry knowledge establish him as a highly respected and influential figure in the business community.

Mr. Alanka Abeysekera
General Manager

Mr. Alanka Abeysekera, Assistant General Manager, brings over 30 years of expertise in sales, marketing, and financial advisory across the insurance, plantation investment, and financial sectors. Having held senior roles such as Regional Sales Manager and Senior Manager for Sales Coordination, he has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic acumen. With certifications from LUTC, AMTC, MFA-USA, and SLIM, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Mr. Abeysekera leverages his extensive knowledge to drive impactful results in marketing and business development.​

Mr.Dhanushka Anuradha
Head of Asia Exports

Mr. Anuradha, is with over 20 years of experience in exports, freight forwarding, and shipping, and he is the founder of Sky Regent (Pvt) Ltd, Mr. Anuradha amalgamated Sky Regent (Pvt) Ltd with Asia Plantation & Export (Pvt) Ltd, to brings a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise to this new phase of growth. Sky Regent (Pvt) Ltd recognized for its competitive rates and ability to work with any airline and shipping agents, both local and overseas has been a leader in the freight forwarding business. Its extensive registrations with industry bodies like EDB, GSP, FTA, IATA, CHA, CC, and NCC showcase its credibility and trustworthiness in the global market.
